Company History
Incorporated in March 1994, Simpson’s Philippines started off as the marketing arm or A.R. Simpson’s Australia. Engr. Ma. Elena Perlado with 4 colleagues commenced operations in May 1994. During its first year, Simpson’s accreditation by big companies, and partnering as the filtration provider of Pilipinas Shell in lube oil filtration and pipeline flushing for its lube oil blending plant, signaled its path as a leader in filtration solutions.
In 1995, it joined the filtration international exhibition in EDSA Shangrila Plaza carrying its products of filter presses and filter bags. The following year, Simpson’s was appointed as Parker’s distributor of hydraulic filters in the Philippines. That same year it also expanded in the Visayas area by opening its Cebu liaison office.
2005 Simpson’s was appointed as a distributor of Lakos centrifugal separators. This partnership paved the way for the company to expand its clientele to HVAC application and municipal water market.
In 2009, the company expanded its filtration product line to aviation fuel filtration, by being appointed as the Facet sole distributor in the Philippines.
The company continue to expand its product portfolio with the addition of STF Filtros in 2016 and SEFAR Filters in 2017.
Presently, it maintains its own office and warehouse in Caloocan City.
